I truly cannot say enough good things about my experience with her. I started seeing her around 15 weeks pregnant and am now 33 weeks. I originally started pelvic floor therapy as a preventative measure. I just wanted to… be proactive during pregnancy, and I'm so glad I did. She has been an incredible resource throughout my pregnancy. I suspected something was off from a hamstring surgery about a year ago, and she was the one who was able to test me, confirm the imbalance, and help correct it. At the same time, we've worked on labor prep, breathing, pushing positions, exercises at home, and it has made me feel much more confident about birth. She explains things incredibly well, never rushes, and never pressures extra visits. Something that really stood out is how committed she is to understanding what her patients go through. She has personally experienced both an unmedicated birth and one with an epidural specifically to better understand what her patients experience, and to improve how she teaches and helps women prepare for pregnancy, labor, and birth. That says so much about her. The fact that she comes to your home is a huge convenience. I genuinely love working with her and really trust and appreciate the way she takes care of her patients. I would wholeheartedly recommend her, especially if you're looking for pelvic floor support during pregnancy.
